About dissolution of Parliament
In view of that the Parliament could not elect the President of the Republic of Moldova according to constitutional process and in the terms established by the current legislation,
and considering the Conclusion of the Constitutional court No. 4 of September 21, 2010 about ascertaining of the circumstances justifying dissolution of Parliament
based on part (5) article 78 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and part (article 76 of the Code about elections the President of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES: 3)
Art. 1. - Dismiss Parliament of the XVIII convocation on September 29, 2010.
Art. 2. - Appoint elections of new Parliament to November 28, 2010.
Art. 3. - This decree becomes effective since September 29, 2010.
