1. Transfer functions and property of the abolished Patent authority of Administration of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan.
2. To transfer balance on bank accounts of the abolished Patent authority of Administration of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan in the income of the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan in payment currency.
3. The means arriving from payment of duties on patenting of inventions, industrial designs and registration of trademarks to enlist in the income of the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan in payment currency.
4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to bring in the Government budget of Turkmenistan for 2001 the changes following from this resolution.
