About implementation of calculations for the sold goods (the provided services) with use of special means of payment

According to Item 14.7 of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that subjects of housekeeping which perform activities in the field of sales of goods, public catering and services and which according to the law are used by registrars of settlement transactions shall perform transition to obligatory acceptance of special means of payment for implementation of calculations for the sold goods (the provided services):

till July 1, 2011 - subjects of housekeeping (except small business entities) which perform economic activity in settlements with population over 100 thousand people;

till December 31, 2011:

- small business entities which perform economic activity in settlements with population over 100 thousand people;

- subjects of housekeeping, including subjects small entrepreneurship which performs economic activity in settlements with population from 25 to 100 thousand people.

The number of payment terminals shall make at least 50 percent of number of registrars of settlement transactions, and in case of availability of one registrar of settlement transactions the subject of housekeeping shall provide acceptance of special means of payment.
