About streamlining of issue of guarantees on external borrowings
For the purpose of streamlining of issue of guarantees on external borrowings and ensuring timely payment of Turkmenistan under the international obligations I decide:
1. To vice-chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, ministers, heads of state concerns, corporations, associations, companies and organizations, and also banks to perform issue for benefit of nonresidents of guarantees, including comfortable letters, and other similar instruments of providing obligations on return of all types of the attracted external loans only according to the decision of the President of Turkmenistan - the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
2. Determine that guarantees and other instruments of providing obligations issued according to Item 1 of this resolution are valid only after signing by their President of Turkmenistan.
3. And finance of Turkmenistan to provide to the Ministry of Economics obligatory registration of the guarantees issued according to Item 1 of this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan to make changes and additions to the regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan following from this resolution.
