For the purpose of execution of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 51-54, 153), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Rules of application of methods of selection and the analysis of tests for official control of level of tin, cadmium, mercury, inorganic staniye, 3-MCPD and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in foodstuff (are applied).
2. This Resolution becomes effective in 3 months after publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff and the Ministry of Health.
