For the purpose of streamlining of use of land resources and provision to their foreign legal entities and physical persons, and also joint businesses I decide:

1. Prohibit hyakimlika of welayats, Ashgabat, etraps, the ministries and departments provision of the parcels of land to legal entities and physical persons of foreign states, and also joint businesses for industrial, civil and other engineering, carrying out prospecting works, development of minerals, maintaining agricultural, water, forest and home industry, arrangement of individual housing, garden and seasonal dachas.

2. Determine that the parcels of land are provided to legal entities and physical persons of foreign states, and also joint businesses in the territory of Turkmenistan only in use under lease only according to the decision of the President Turkmenistanapredsedatel of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

3. The parcels of land which are earlier allocated to foreign legal entities and physical persons, and also joint businesses are subject to renewal till February 1, 2002 according to Item 2 of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan jointly with Service on land resources under the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan to prepare offers on entering into the current legislation of the changes following from this resolution.
