1. This Provision determines procedure for forming of the list of projects of use of renewable energy resources and the list of projects of use of environmentally friendly production technologies in fuel and energy complex (further - lists of projects).
2. Join in lists of projects:
projects of use of renewable energy resources in fuel and energy complex;
projects of use of environmentally friendly production technologies in fuel and energy complex.
3. Lists of projects are created by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation (further - the Ministry) in electronic form and consist of accounting Sections which are kept concerning each project by entering of the following data into them:
about sequence number and date of introduction of record about the project;
about the name of the project;
about project deadlines;
