About approval of form of the form and procedure for execution of licenses

According to Procedure for the registration and issue of licenses for making of export-import transactions approved by the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 25, 2009 No. 1313-IV and also according to Item 6 of the Section III of Provisions on the Ministry of the economic regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government KR of December 4, 2009 No. 727, I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for execution of import licenses and (or) export of the specific goods issued by the Ministry of economic regulation before acceptance of regulatory legal act about approval of this Procedure.

2. To department of non-tariff regulation, export control and licensing in case of execution of licenses to be guided by this Procedure.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Industry ministry, trade and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 145 of 21.09.2006 about approval of the Instruction "About single requirements for execution of import licenses and (or) export of the specific goods issued by the Industry ministry, trade and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic".

4. To department of clerical work and control to bring this order to the attention of the secretary of state, deputy ministers, department of non-tariff regulation, export control and licensing of Administration of commerce and legal department.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy minister Akhmatov S. M.
