These rules of making of customs clearance of goods by officials of customs authorities (further - Rules) are developed according to article 271 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs affairs in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Code) of June 30, 2010 and determine the sequence of actions of officials of customs authorities in case of customs clearance of goods.
2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) verification of the declaration on goods - actions of officials of customs authorities for check of correctness of filling of the declaration on goods, reliability of the data containing in it and compliance of the documents attached to the specified declaration, the established requirements;
