About increase in pensions
For the purpose of increase in retirement and social pensions I decide:
1. Since November 1, 2010:
make adjustment of the actual earnings of pensioners and recalculation of work pensions proceeding from the average salary of workers in the republic for III quarter 2010.
2. To finance expenses on recalculation of work pensions by fund of social protection of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
4. Declare invalid the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2008 No. 12 "About establishment of the sizes of social pensions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 145, 1/9784).
5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
