About single questions of collection of collection for journey of automotive vehicles of foreign states

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for collection of collection for driving of automotive vehicles of foreign states through public roads of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Establish rates of charge for driving of automotive vehicles of foreign states through highways public of the Republic of Belarus (further - collection for journey) according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

2.1. employees of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus are exempted from payment of collection for journey;

2.2. rates of charge for journey are established depending on type of the automotive vehicle, its load-carrying capacity or capacity;

2.3. the collection amount for journey is estimated in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank in relation to euro established for date of its payment;

2.4. in case of entrance of automotive vehicles of foreign states on the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the territory of the Russian Federation and their further movement on the territory of the Republic of Belarus * payment of collection for journey is made by en route in case of departure of these vehicles from the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
