About export licensing of tires to Ukraine

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about conditions of deliveries to Ukraine of tires pneumatic rubber new to cars of September 30, 2010 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that till December 31, 2012 export from the Republic of Belarus to Ukraine of tires of the pneumatic rubber new, classified in subsubline items 4011 10 000 1, 4011 10 000 2, 4011 10 000 9th single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Customs union coming from the Republic of Belarus in number of no more than 450 000 pieces in 2010, no more than 575 000 pieces in 2011 and no more than 650 000 pieces in 2012 are performed according to the licenses granted by the Ministry of Trade in coordination with the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2009 No. 1739 "About some questions of licensing in the field of foreign trade" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 15, 5/31041) (further - licenses).
2. To the Ministry of Trade:
send samples of the license and signatures of persons authorized on its issue to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
provide submission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of information on the granted licenses according to appendix 2 to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about conditions of deliveries to Ukraine of tires pneumatic rubber new to cars of September 30, 2010 (further - the Agreement).
3. To the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry:
3.1. together with the State Customs Committee to provide submission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of information on the actual deliveries of tires according to appendix 3 to the Agreement;
