1. Approve the Concept of development of construction complex of the Republic of Belarus for 2011-2020 it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

This Concept is developed for the purpose of enhancement of the legal, organizational, economic, technical and technological conditions providing sustainable development of construction complex.
The construction complex of the republic provides creation of base for accomplishment of the main indicators of the Program of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2006-2010 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2006 No. 384 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 92, 1/7667). As a result of implementation of this Program it is predicted:
commissioning of housing in amount over 26,7 of one million sq.m in case of the 23,5-26 task of one million sq.m;
production of installation and construction works in percent 233,5 amount in relation to 2005;
production of contract works of 180-188 percent in relation to 2005.
The solution of tasks of creation of new business and non-productive assets, carrying out upgrade of the national economy, development of social infrastructure, provision of housing for the population of the republic is assigned to construction complex as the most important component of national economy.
