About approval of Rules of creation and maintaining the single state inventory of real estate in the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of ensuring creation and maintaining the single state inventory of real estate in the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. Approve "Rules of creation and maintaining the single state inventory of real estate in the Azerbaijan Republic" (are applied).

2. To the state Committee on property questions of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. perform technical inventory count, assessment and capture on the single state cadastral registration of real estate real estate on all the territory of the country irrespective of pattern of ownership and once a year to submit the report on the done work to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

2.2. provide implementation of necessary actions in the direction of enhancement of conducting works of the single state inventory of real estate.

3.1. taking into account offers of the State Committee on property questions of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve issues of financing of works on technical inventory count of real estate in the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.2. to prepare and provide to three-months time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the bill of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the single state inventory of real estate";

3.3. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the existing legal acts to compliance with this Decree;

3.4. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies according to this Decree and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
