About approval of the State program on development of system of rail transport in the Azerbaijan Republic in 2010-2014

For the purpose of ensuring further development of the system of rail transport which is important in social and economic life of the Azerbaijan Republic, requirements satisfaction of the population and economy in services of rail transport, safety of transportations, updating of their infrastructure, increase in competitiveness of the transport corridors passing through the territory of the country, increases in amount of transit transportations I decide trainings for railway industry:

1. Approve "The state program on development of system of rail transport in the Azerbaijan Republic in 2010-2014".

2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. coordinate execution of the measures provided by the State program approved by this Order and following the results of every year to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on the course of its realization;

2.2. resolve other issues following from this Order.
