1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on creation and ensuring functioning of system of the state information support in the field of trading activity in the Russian Federation.

2. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation:

provide creation and functioning of system of the state information support in the field of trading activity in the Russian Federation within the number of employees of central office of the Ministry and budgetary appropriations provided to it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions installed by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation;

approve the list of information placed in system of the state information support in the field of trading activity in the Russian Federation and the inventory concerning which information on the average level of the prices is placed.

3. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies to provide the measures connected with creation and functioning of system of the state information support in the field of trading activity in the Russian Federation taking into account the Provision approved by this resolution.
