About determination of criteria of reference of objects of state-owned property to it which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state

1. Determine that subjects of managing of public sector of economy belong to objects of state-owned property which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state (further - the companies) which answer one or several such criteria:
the companies of fuel and energy complex which provide integrity of the integrated power system of Ukraine in particular dispatching (operational and technological) management of the specified system, operate the high-level and interstate power networks; nuclear power plants; hydroelectric power stations with dikes which provide water supply to consumers; pumped storage power plants and hydroelectric power stations (except small hydroelectric power stations); state company "Energorynok"; the companies which carry out activities for transportation main gazo-both by oil pipelines and storage in underground oil and gas storages;
the companies which perform transportation of chemical goods by bulk distribution lines and servicing of such pipelines;
the companies which perform geological studying and development of oil-and-gas subsoil for the purpose of search and investigation of oil and gas deposits, oil and gas extractions or their storages, the returns (burial) accompanying and sewage, other waste which are got in the course of investigation and development of oil and gas deposits;
the companies which perform production and conversion of minerals of nation-wide value;
the companies which carry out land and cartographic activities;
the companies which carry out hydrometeorological activities;
the companies which carry out activities in the field of telecommunications, uses of radio-frequency resource and renderings of services of mail service, the state radio - and TV companies;
companies of rail transport public, and also companies of road, sea and river transport;
