About some measures for strengthening of legality in case of investigation of criminal cases and their termination

For the purpose of further strengthening of legality in case of investigation of criminal cases and their termination I decide:

1. Determine that criminal cases stop on the bases and according to the procedure, established in the legislation of Turkmenistan, with preliminary permission etrapsky (city), velayatsky and Ashgabat city the commissions on law enforcement in case of production of separate legal proceedings.

2. To provide to state commission on law enforcement in case of production of separate legal proceedings thorough examination of materials concerning legality of the termination of criminal cases etrapsky (city), velayatsky and Ashgabat city the commissions on law enforcement in case of production of separate legal proceedings.

3. Bring in the Regulations on the commissions on law enforcement in case of production of separate legal proceedings approved by the Presidential decree of Turkmenistan of May 12, 2000 No. 3110 "About the commissions on law enforcement in case of production of separate legal proceedings", the following amendments:
