1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration, use and distribution of domain space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Acting Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication of April 5, 2005 No. 88-b "About approval of Rules for apportionment of domain space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3652, published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper, on September 20, 2005, No. 172);

2) the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication of February 1, 2010 No. 30 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Acting Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication of April 5, 2005 No. 88-b "About approval of Rules for apportionment of domain space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6057, published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper, on March 12, 2010, No. 37 (1833)).

3. To department of state policy in the field of information technologies of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Eleusizova K. B.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
