Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for provision of necessary documents by physical persons and legal entities for the purpose of placement of diplomatic representations, other representative offices of the international organizations and consular establishments of foreign states equated to them in the Republic of Tajikistan, and also provision of housing for their personnel.

2. This Instruction becomes effective after state registration and the official publication.

3. Execution of this order is assigned to the State unitary enterprise for servicing of diplomatic corps Tadzhikdipservice.

4. Control over the implementation of requirements of this order to assign to the deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sobirov M. N.
