About preparation and implementation of investment projects by the principle of "single window"

This Law determines legal and organizational basis of the relations connected with preparation and implementation of investment projects by the principle of "single window".

Article 1. Determination of terms

1. In this Law terms are used in such value:

1) the applicant - the subject of investing activities who intends to implement or realizes the investment project and in writing addressed to authorized body for the purpose of receipt of documents by the principle of "single window";

2) the investment project - complex of organization-legal, financial and technical actions which are performed by subjects of investing activities according to the planned settlement documents containing reasons for need of implementation of such actions;

3) the principle of "single window" - method of interaction of authorized body and the subject of investing activities for the purpose of preparation and the issue of document package granting the right to implementation of the investment project;

4) authorized body - the regional center for investments and development (the state budgetary institution relating to the sphere of management of the central executive body in the field of investing activities) which organizes provision to the subject of investing activities of the services connected with preparation and implementation of the investment project in the principle of "single window".

Article 2. Coverage of this Law

1. Operation of this Law extends to the central executive body in the field of investing activities, authorized bodies and applicants.
