Placement, accounting and control of high-quality and quantitative safety of material values of the state reserve are performed by authorized body in the field of the state reserve (further - authorized body) according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2000 "About the state material reserve" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Write-off of receivables of the state reserve is performed according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
