2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2010 No. 79 "About rate for transportation services of oil products on the main oil pipelines located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 118, 8/22294).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
