The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the State Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on problems of family, women and children (further referred to as with the Parties),
recognizing that the cooperation between the Parties will be directed to experience exchange for enhancement of state policy concerning family, women and children,
having intention to promote development of the relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Azerbaijan Republic,
agreed as follows:
The parties will develop cooperation in the following directions:
implementation of the state family policy;
ensuring gender equality;
realization of state policy in the field of employment of women;
social support of disabled women and children with features of psychophysical development;
preparation, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the specified directions.
The parties provide each other information on the current legislation, modern scientific achievements of the states, materials of the analysis and generalization of practice in the respective spheres.
The parties will exchange groups of experts for the purpose of acquisition of new knowledge of the directions of cooperation.
