The Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of youth and sport of the Republic of Moldova, the hereinafter referred to as Parties,
aiming to lay the foundation for expansion and encouragement of friendly relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova,
recognizing that improvement of the nation, forming of healthy lifestyle of citizens and development of elite sport are important component of social policy of both states,
confirming the commitment to the purposes and the principles of the Olympic Movement,
based on provisions of the Agreement on the relations of friendship and the cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova signed in Chisinau on December 21, 1992
agreed as follows:
The parties will coordinate the actions for the purpose of development and strengthening of the international sports cooperation by holding meetings and consultations concerning the international sports and Olympic Movement, coordination of actions in the international sports bodies.
The parties will promote participation of the Belarusian and Moldavian athletes, trainers, organizers of sports movement in the competitions and the international sporting events held in both states.
The parties will encourage holding educational training camps, joint trainings national, the teams and club teams on different types of sport on sports bases of both states for the purpose of increase in level of training and sports skill.
The parties will promote experience exchange on the organization of sports and mass actions, attraction of the population to regular trainings by physical culture.
The parties will exchange scientific and methodical information on problems of the organization of improvement and rest of the population means of physical culture and sport.
