Article 1

The military and military and technical cooperation between the Parties is performed for the purpose of strengthening of defense capacities of the Republic of Belarus and Turkmenistan and is based on the principles of sovereignty, equality and mutual advantage.

Article 2

The parties perform military and military and technical cooperation in the following areas and the directions:

international security and defense policy;

military construction and development of armed forces;

military science and education;

material logistics of activities of armed forces;

legal and social security of activities of armed forces;

culture and sport.

The parties perform cooperation in the following forms:
