3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.

These rules of determination of the actual location of the coastline are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2010 "About subsoil and subsurface use" and determine procedure for determination of the coastline of the water objects which are in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The actual location of the coastline is the conditional line of crossing of land surface with surface of water objects (the seas, lakes, the rivers, ponds and water storage basins) established depending on its certain level (urez).
