About accomplishment of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 12.06.95 No. 436 "About application of penalties for violation of regulations on regulation of the address of cash"

The main state tax authorities of Ukraine in pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 12.06.95 N 436/95 "About application of penalties for violation of regulations on regulation of the address of cash" oblige the state tax authorities across the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, to Kiev and Sevastopol to provide:

- quarterly check of subjects of business activity by local tax authorities in the amount established by the chief of the state tax authorities on area concerning observance of the set limits of remaining balance of cash in cash desks, regulations of expenditure of cash on current demands and completeness of receipt of cash in cash desks;

- application by tax authorities to subjects of business activity established by the specified Decree of penalties based on materials of the inspections which are carried out by tax authorities, provision of commercial banks, the public control and auditing service, bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine;

- application by tax authorities to organizations of commercial banks of penalties on provision of the National Bank of Ukraine (for not establishment of limits of remaining balance of cash desks);

- collection in indisputable procedure for the amounts of the inflicted sanctions of the Government budget on Section 12 of $2 "Receipt of funds on penalties and sanctions";

- accounting of charge and receipt of the amounts of financial sanctions on cards of the personal account ф.л.

During the conducting checks and application of sanctions it is necessary to be guided by the Decree called above which became effective from 19.06.95; The Procedure for conducting cash transactions in the national economy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 02.02.95 N 21 and registered 02.02.95 for N 228 with the changes and amendments approved by resolutions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 21.02.95 N 38 and of 10.03.95 N 52;
