About the reporting about financial condition of the companies with shortage and about bankruptcy
According to the order of the Main state tax authorities of Ukraine of 23.07.96 158 "About further enhancement of structure of the state tax authorities" and for the purpose of providing the proper organization of work on collection from subjects of housekeeping of debt to the budget, the Main state tax authorities of Ukraine establish the quarterly reporting about "The main indicators of financial and economic activities of the companies with shortage by the ministries and departments" and about condition of work on debt collection before the budget at the expense of property of debtor enterprises, in forms which are applied.
Information is provided the 20th following quarter by the following ministries: The Ministry of Industry, Minmashprom, Ministry of Transport, Gospishcheprom, Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production, Gosugleprom, the Ministry of Energy, Goskomatom, Goskomneftegaz and "Others" the growing result since the beginning of year.
In information, except tabular data also the condition of organizational work of tax authorities on liquidation of shortage to areas and offers concerning its improvement is displayed.
In the reporting on the main indicators of financial and economic activities of the companies with shortage data are filled in by the ministries only on 20 largest enterprises with shortage of area, with indication of the complete legal name of the company, and pattern of ownership.
The companies which were not included into the called ministries and departments are displayed in "Others".
