Regulations on Management of the organization of documentary checks of large taxpayers

1. General provisions

1.1. Management of the organization of documentary checks of large taxpayers is structural division of State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

1.2. Management of the organization of documentary checks of large taxpayers submits directly to the chief of Head department of the organization of documentary checks, carries out its orders and reports on results of work on it personally for adoption of the relevant decision.

1.3. In the practical activities Management is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, decrees and orders of the President of Ukraine, decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, regulations of State Tax Administration of Ukraine, and also this Provision.

1.4. Management carries out the work according to the tasks determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine", this Provision, and also annual and quarter work plans of management.

1.5. As structural divisions are part of Management:

- department of the organization and conducting documentary checks;

- department of selection of large payers and planning of checks.
