The commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Take into consideration information of the Kazakhstan Side on introduction for a period of 6 months of temporary ban on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the following goods:
- light distillates and products (the FEACN CU code 2710 11), except special gasolines (the FEACN CU code 2710 11 210 0 - 2710 11 250 0) and oven fuel household;
- kerosene (FEACN CU code 2710 19 210 0 - 2710 19 250 0);
- gasoils (FEACN CU code 2710 19 410 0 - 2710 19 490 0).
2. Ask the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation to consider question of introduction of temporary ban on export of products specified in Item 1 of this Decision on single customs area of the Customs union.
