According to Article 165 of the Customs code of Ukraine the owner of goods or person authorized by it it can be chosen, in the presence of the bases, one of the measures of guaranteeing the goods delivery in customs authority of appointment determined by Article 161 of the Customs code of Ukraine namely:

1) provision by the owner of goods (authorized by it person) guarantees to customs authorities;

2) protection and maintenance of goods by customs authorities;

3) transportation of goods by customs carrier;

4) transportation on the terms of the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP of 1975 (Conventions MDP of 1975).
