About measures for strengthening of control of activities of customs licensed warehouses
For the purpose of strengthening by customs authorities of control of activities of customs licensed warehouses and enhancement of the procedure of provision of licenses for the right of their opening and operation I ORDER:
1. To provide to chiefs of regional customs and customs of direct subordination creation as a part of departments of the organization of customs control due to the existing number of staff of customs of sectors of control of activities of customs licensed structures (further - TLS).
2. To provide to chiefs of regional customs and customs participation in case of consideration of the application on receipt of the license for the right of opening and operation of TLS of divisions of fight against smuggling and customs offenses regarding verification of information of rather separate aspects of activities of person who intends to open and operate TLS.
4. To regional customs, customs to carry out selective monthly checks of activities of TLS regarding their compliance to requirements of the current legislation according to the relevant order of customs, in case of identification of violation to inform Department of the organization of the customs control as of the 10th following reporting on results of such checks.
6. To management of customs regimes (V.V.'s Hare) and Information analytically customs authority (Shulyak V. P.) till 01.07.2003 to develop and submit the specification on creation of program and information complex "Monitoring of Movement of Goods through TLS" for approval.
7. Information analytically to customs authority (Shulyak V. P.) till 01.09.2003 to develop and put the program and information complex "Monitoring of Movement of Goods through TLS" into trial operation.
8. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman of Service Ivanyuk M. M.
