1. Approve and enact the Procedure for production of representative cards and providing employees with them regulatory authorities (services) functioning at check points through frontier (the internal customs determined by the legislation of Ukraine other places for implementation of the state types of control when crossing frontier by persons, vehicles, loads (goods) and other property) (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this order on First Deputy Chairmen of the State Border Service of Ukraine, Chairmen of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the Minister of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the Minister of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine, the Minister of Health of Ukraine, the Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine, the Minister of agrarian policy of Ukraine.
