According to Article 61 of the Customs code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve form of the Act of carrying out survey of the territories and rooms of warehouses of temporary storage, customs licensed warehouses, special customs zones, duty-free shops and other places where there are or can be goods and vehicles which are subject to customs control or activities, control of which is assigned by the law to customs authorities which is attached, are exercised.

2. (Melnik M. V.) to provide to management of technologies of customs control (Syomk S. M.) and Management of legal work provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to administration (Karpenko V. P.) replication and mailing of this order in customs authorities after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy Chairmen of Service of Ivanyuk M. M.

The order becomes effective from 01.01.2004.
