According to the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.08.2000 N 1022 "Questions of the State Customs Service of Ukraine", for the purpose of the organization of interaction of bodies (divisions) of the State Border Service of Ukraine with customs authorities in case of identification of offenses and initiation of proceedings on which production is referred to competence of customs authorities, we ORDER:
1. Approve the Operations procedure in case of identification by bodies (divisions) of the State Border Service of Ukraine of violations of the law and initiation of proceedings on which production is referred to competence of customs authorities (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. To heads of customs authorities and bodies (divisions) of the State Border Service of Ukraine to bring the Procedure to staff permission.
3. To department of customs protection and fight against smuggling (Not brother L.M.) and to Legal department (Bozhenko I. F.) The State Customs Service of Ukraine to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4. Determine that this order becomes effective in 5 days from day of its official publication.
