1. Approve the List of check points (control Items) through frontier of Ukraine within which customs control zones which is applied are created or can be created.

2. To chiefs of customs authorities in coordination with relevant organ of protection of frontier of Ukraine, and in sea and river ports, the airports, at border railway stations - also in coordination with administration of these ports, the airports and railway stations to establish borders of customs control zones at check points (control Items) through frontier of Ukraine in a month.

At check points for automobile communication on which balance there are capital constructions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine and from which the State Customs Service of Ukraine leases rooms for implementation of customs control and customs clearance borders of customs control zones are established also in coordination with Service of the international motor transportations of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine.

3. To department of the organization of customs control (Serbaylo A. I.) and to Legal support department (Stupak Yu. V.) State Customs Services of Ukraine to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective in 10 days from day of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Salagor M. M., the First Deputy Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine Shisholin P. A. and deputy minister of transport and communication of Ukraine Crolles S. S.
