About approval of the Regulations on prevention of the offenses connected with implementation of office activities by employees of Customs Service of Ukraine
Considering provisions of the National program of the fight against corruption approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 10.04.97 of N 319, of the Concept of the fight against corruption for 1998 - 2005 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.04.98 N 367 (367/98) and according to Item 11 of the decision of board of the State Customs Service of Ukraine enacted by the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 09.02.2004 N 89 "About commissioning of the decision of board of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 05.02.2004" and also for the purpose of performing prevention of the offenses connected with implementation of office activities by employees of Customs Service of Ukraine, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on prevention of the offenses connected with implementation of office activities by employees of Customs Service of Ukraine (further - prevention of offenses) which are applied.
2. To provide to chiefs of structural divisions of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, chiefs of customs authorities, specialized customs offices and organizations steady fulfillment of requirements of this provision.
3. To chiefs of structural divisions of the State Customs Service of Ukraine when conducting complex checks of activities of customs authorities to study condition and the organization of performing prevention of offenses.
4. Determine that heads of customs authorities, specialized customs offices and the organizations bear the personal responsibility for condition of scheduled maintenance among staff.
5. To legal support department (Ochich Yu. M.) and to Department of staffing and work with personnel (Burichko Z. O.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
6. Determine that this order becomes effective from day of its official publication.
