For the purpose of establishment of procedure for customs control and customs clearance of goods and other objects which move in the international mailings the companies of mail service, we ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on customs control and customs clearance of the international mailings it (is applied).

2. To administration of State Customs Service (Maximov Yu. Yu.) provide replication and mailing of this order to customs authorities.

3. To management of standardization, certification and metrology of the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine (Voznyuk V. I.) bring this order to the Ukrainian state company of mail service of Ukrpocht.

4. To chiefs of customs authorities to inform the subjects of foreign economic activity and customs brokers working in zones of activities of customs authorities on the procedure for collection of proper payments approved by this order in case of customs clearance of the international mailings.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of State Customs Service of the Sable of I.M., the vice-chairman of the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine Orlenko M. P.

6. Consider such which are not applied Rules of customs control over the international mailings of the Head customs authority of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the USSR.
