About approval of the Procedure for application of separate procedures of customs control of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine by air on system of bulk transportations

For the purpose of enhancement of forms and methods of customs control according to requirements of the Customs code of Ukraine and for introduction of single procedure for application of separate procedures of customs control of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine by air on system of bulk transportations, we ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for application of separate procedures of customs control of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine by air on system of bulk transportations (further the Procedure) which is applied.

2. To chiefs of customs authorities to bring the Procedure to permission of personal warehouse and to organize its steady accomplishment by officials, to inform on the Procedure for subjects of foreign economic activity by illumination of its text at evident stands in the locations of the relevant divisions of customs authorities and at check points through frontier of Ukraine.

3. To department of the organization of customs control (Malnov V. S.) and to Legal support department (Stupak Yu. V.) State Customs Services of Ukraine to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control of execution of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Ivanyuk M. M. and the Chairman of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft Maximov V. O.
