The commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Approve the Inventory concerning which since January 1, 2011 the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union, according to appendix are established.
2. Determine that the tariff quotas are applied to the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for goods imported on customs area of the Customs union, occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS.
3. Ask the Parties:
distribute, in case of need, amounts of the tariff quotas between the third countries;
perform in 2011 distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign trade activity according to the legislation of state members of the Customs union;
charge to authorized bodies of the government of state members of the Customs union to perform issue of licenses for commodity importation concerning which the tariff quotas, with provision of information on the granted licenses in the Commission of the Customs union are established.
4. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication by the Commission of the Customs union.
