About approval of the Regulations on provision to banks of powers of the guarantor for provision to customs authorities of Ukraine of financial guarantees in warranty type of bank
For the purpose of realization of the tasks determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.06.96 N 700 "About Regulations on provision to customs authorities of Ukraine of financial guarantees of rather obligatory goods delivery in customs of appointment" (with changes and amendments), I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on provision to banks of powers of the guarantor for provision to customs authorities of Ukraine of financial guarantees in warranty type of bank which is applied.
2. Consider invalid the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 17.05.97 N 211 "About approval of regulations on procedure for provision of powers of the guarantor to insurance companies and banks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 09.07.97 for N 252/2056.
3. To department of the organization of customs control (Malnov V. S.) and to Legal support department (Stupak Yu. V.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Determine that the order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to bring this order to permission of staff, subjects of foreign economic activity.
6. To impose control of execution of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of Service Ivanyuk M. M.
