In pursuance of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.04.2001 of N 160-p we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for confirmation of accessory of the equipment and/or materials to it which are imported into Ukraine on projects of energy saving which are implemented at the companies in organizations and the organizations and are financed for the credit account, received according to the Credit agreement (Financing of the Ukrainian ESKO) between Ukraine and the EBRD of 09.05.98 N 616 (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to carry out confirmation of accessory of the equipment and/or materials to it which are imported into Ukraine on projects of energy saving which are implemented at the companies in organizations and the organizations and are financed for the credit account, N 616, received according to the Credit agreement (Financing of the Ukrainian ESKO) between Ukraine and the EBRD of 09.05.98 according to Procedure.
3. To submit to management of cooperation with international financial institutions of Department of national debt management of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in the procedure established by the current legislation this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To the State Customs Service of Ukraine to establish control of import of the specified equipment and/or materials.
