1. Approve the Procedure for approval of export sendings ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages which are exported by air transport it (is applied).

2. Determine Management of control of cargo transfer (Lugovets V. A.) The State Customs Service of Ukraine responsible for questions of provision of consent to customs clearance and export of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages through check points for air traffic.

3. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to bring the Procedure to the attention of staff and subjects of foreign economic activity.

4. To management of control of cargo transfer (Lugovets V. A.) and (Melnik M. V.) to provide to Legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. Consider invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 11.11.98 N 708 "About approval of the Procedure for approval of export sendings ethyl alcohol by the Ukrainian companies which is exported by air transport", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 02.12.98 for N 773/3213.

6. Determine that this order becomes effective in 5 days from the date of its official publication.

7. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Fedorov O. O.
