About release of goods from customs licensed warehouses temporarily with the subsequent return

Information analysis, the State Customs Service received on accomplishment of the order of 03.01.2003 N 11/3-10-30-EP, testifies to the neodinight facts of temporary release of significant amount of goods from customs licensed warehouses (further - TLS) with the subsequent return.

In view of that one of the TLS main tasks is creation of conditions for preparation of import goods for their use in the territory of Ukraine, we report.

1. For receipt of permission of customs authority to release of goods with TLS temporarily with the subsequent return the warehouse keeper submits the letter of appeal to the chief of customs.

The letter of appeal shall contain such information:

- about goods (the name, quantity, weight, cost) with obligatory instruction of code for UKTVED;

- about the purpose of release of goods temporarily with the subsequent return;

- about documents according to which the goods are placed on warehouse;

- obligations about return of goods to TLS with indication of return term;

- obligations concerning payment in case of not return of goods to TLS at the scheduled time of the ought amounts of customs fees and payments which are paid in case of release of goods in free circulation;

- about the responsible person - the managing director of warehouse.

1.1. In case of release of goods with TLS it is temporary with the subsequent return individually certain (objects which cannot be replaced) things for the demonstration purposes together with the letter of appeal go:

- the written application of the organizer of exhibition vised by the chief of customs in which zone of activities there takes place the exhibition, with indication of such data:

purposes, time and fair ground, location and phones of her organizer;

about resident persons responsible for holding exhibition (phone numbers);

names, quantities and costs individually certain (objects which cannot be replaced) things for the demonstration purposes;
