1. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food:

1.1. perform distribution in December, 2010 of 100 percent of the tariff quota on import of meat of cattle, the fresh or cooled and refrigerated, classified in goods items of 0201 and 0202 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity Customs union (further - beef), between the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who declared the need for use of beef for own production;

1.2. direct in December, 2010 information on the allocated parts of the tariff quotas to import of beef to the Ministry of Trade and the State Customs Committee.

2. Provide to the State Customs Committee the room of the beef imported in 2010 within the tariff quota under customs procedure of release for internal consumption based on the licenses granted by the Ministry of Trade.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
