2. Since January 1, 2001 to enter declaring of all goods imported into Turkmenistan and exported out of its limits by physical persons for dealing purposes including in the accompanied baggage, hand luggage (without contract in foreign trade), by provision of the cargo customs declaration.

H. Approve the enclosed Procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration on the goods imported into Turkmenistan and exported out of its limits by physical persons for dealing purposes (without contract in foreign trade).

4. Declaration of goods, imported into Turkmenistan and exported out of its limits by physical persons according to the contracts in foreign trade registered at the State commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan for dealing purposes to perform according to "The instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration" approved by the order of the State customs of Turkmenistan of 04.11.1996 No. 65 and registered by the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan of 21.01.1997 for No. 111.

5. To chiefs of customs of Turkmenistan:

- organize studying with all customs officers and customs applicants of this order and the enclosed Procedure, and also to provide their execution;

- for dealing purposes (without contract in foreign trade) to place information on procedure for declaring of the goods imported and exported by physical persons in information zones of customs authorities;
