1. Approve Regulations on customs regime of destruction of goods.

2. Send this order to customs of Turkmenistan for execution.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan A. Mukhammetkuliyev.

Regulations on customs regime of destruction of goods

I. General provisions

1.1. Destruction of goods - customs regime in case of which the goods which are under customs control on customs area of Turkmenistan are destroyed including are brought to state unsuitable for use, without collection of taxes, customs duties and charges, and also without application of the measures of economic regulation established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.

1.2. For the purposes of this provision goods are understood as any property moved through customs border of Turkmenistan (except electric, thermal and other types of energy), including vehicles.

II. Goods placement conditions under customs regime destruction of goods

2.1. Destruction of goods is performed if the goods subjected to destruction cannot be recovered in initial condition by economic method.

2.2. Goods placement under customs regime of destruction of goods is allowed based on the conclusion of the relevant authorized state body about possibility of destruction in which the method and the place of destruction are specified.

2.3. The room under customs regime of destruction of goods is not allowed:

- cultural, archaeological, historical values;
