To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation monthly to make in the Government of the Russian Federation offers on determination of the rates of the export customs duties on separate types of goods developed from oil, calculated according to the formulas provided by appendix to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication.
