The purpose of this Law is regulation of the relations in the field of realtor activities.
The legislation on realtor activities consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules, than those which are stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Uzbekistan about realtor activities then are applied rules of the international treaty.
Realtor activities is business activity of legal entities and physical persons on rendering on contractual basis of the services connected with the conclusion of transactions with real estate objects and rights to them.
The realtor organization is the commercial organization performing realtor activities according to the procedure, established by this Law.
The realtor organization can be created and perform the activities in any form of business, stipulated by the legislation.
The realtor organization shall have in the state at least two workers having the qualification certificate of the realtor (further - the qualification certificate), including the head of the realtor organization.
The realtor organization except realtor activities has no right to perform other types of activity.
The realtor organization cannot be created by state governing bodies.
The realtor organization performs the activities in the presence of the policy of assurance of the civil responsibility.
